Poor service, car shows available in the website, money deducted then called and say not available and offered Nissan sunny instead of Nissan kicks which was charged earlier called cheating. When i asked why charged the money, and ask for similar category car, he said he will check and call back, nobody call back, and without information they canceled the booking. According to the owner they offer upgrade, Nissan sunny was offered to a customer who booked Nissan kicks, which is a compact SUV and Nissan Sunny is a base level sedan. Hope the owner understand what's upgrade means.
